REALLY BAD!!!!

Used to be a great restaurant as i have been many times in the past,after this weekend i would STRONGLY advise against anyone going there. For 5 of us going for a top quality safe bet Italian shouldn't have been a problem. Table pre- booked 8.30, arrived on time,waited 10 mins until seated which is fine as it was busy, starters and drinks got straight away, come 10.30 we were still waiting for all our main courses! The staff were completely ignorant and arrogant,no one ever came to apologise for the wait, so eventually we gave up any hope of being served and got up and asked for our bill at 10.45. The manager came over, expecting him to apologise, but all we got was "we'll we are busy, sorry"!!!!! To top off a great evening the guy taking the bill accused us of not paying until he eventually realised he had put the money under the receipt. Used to be a great place, but they won't be getting our custom as i think thier standards have dropped dramatically and they dont give a monkeys.
