"Around 3 years ago my 10 year old daughter expressed an interest in drama. She wanted to take both singing, dancing AND acting classes, which to fit to into our already busy schedule would be almost impossible, not to mention trying to juggle being a taxi and having a full time job as well, (oh and of course the expense!). This may have a familiar ring to many parents, which is why when we found an advertisement in the Star for Redz, it solved all our problems.
Redz run their classes from Sandringham Infant School in Frimley for 3 hours on a Saturday morning, (which means I don't have to dash about to get her there!), where she enjoys an hour of singing, an hour of dancing AND an hour of acting, all in the one session, all at a very reasonable rate.
We are now a year down the line, and Kerry absolutely loves Redz. I have found that she has found much more than just a drama academy, in that she has made so many new friends as well as learning new skills. I have also witnessed throughout the year numerous children, who when they joined Redz had been somewhat shy and reticent, and all have grown so much in confidence, which is really great to see, and now with a bonus recreational ballet class after Redz 1.15 – 2pm, she is really getting the most out of her Saturdays.
All the children, ranging in age from 7 to 18, all interact with each other so well, across all ages and abilities.
The teachers and instructors at Redz create a warm, fun environment, which clearly gives the children the confidence to express themselves, and really enjoy themselves.
If you are looking for a way to either channel your child's creativity, bolster their confidence, or just give them something to do on a Saturday morning, then Redz is for you."
