Took the GrandSquirrels to the Panto at Camberley Theatre. We thought it was rubbish. Then, much of what Camberley Theatre puts on is rubbish. And let's face it, proffering up someone who was once in Eastenders, as a 'star', is a bit rich. Barbara Striesand and Shirley Bassey are stars. Louise Lyttleton is a has been who never was and has to resort to appearing in crummy 400 seat theatres in provincial towns where her acting skills can only be witnessed by kids high on fizzy pop and chicken mucknuggetts.

It was rubbish. We knew it was rubbish and the cast and theatre management know it is rubbish and all the time you can only get 400 people in the place, it will continue to be rubbish.

Instead of building that stupid church next door which nobody much uses, they should have built a bigger theatre. We might get better musical acts there then. Instead we have to go to Basingstoke or Woking to see anything half decent.
