Sophie Johnstone - new Community Publisher for Camberley People

I said "Goodbye" to my role as Community Publisher for Camberley People last month, but am glad to say that as from 1st December there is a new Community Publisher - Sophie Johnstone. Sophie is a member of Camberley Judo Club and hoping to get to the London 2012 Olympics next year.

Some of you may have seen Sophie on the One Show last Thursday (24 Nov) as she has just lost her funding from British Judo and is looking for sponsorship to help her fulfil her Olympic dreams. Catch the report on BBC iPlayer - the report starts 21 mins in and Sophie is on 23 mins.

Wishing Sophie all the best for her new role and of course for next year. Selection for the Olympics takes place in May.
