Frimley Park Hospital tops staff survey

A SURVEY has placed Frimley Park Hospital staff as among the most motivated workers in the NHS.

Good teamwork skills were among the findings of an NHS staff survey at Frimley Park Hospital.
They also were among the very top scorers for recommending their hospital as a great place to work and to receive care.
The results of the 2012 National NHS staff survey were published today (Thursday) and cover all aspects of employment such as job satisfaction, training, support, work-life balance and team working.
Chief executive Andrew Morris said: "Staff are our most valuable asset and the key ingredient to the excellent and safe patient care that we constantly aim for."
In all, Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust scored in the very best category (top 20%) in 15 of the 28 categories covered by the survey. It was above average in six, average in three and below average in just four.
