A Footbridge for Farnborough North Station?

While looking at Twitter this evening I came across a Tweet from FixMyTransport about Farnborough North Station needing a footbridge and discovered the FixMyTransport website that aims to get common public transport problems resolved – primarily smaller problems such as broken ticket machines and buses that always leave early (I remember that one from my days at Guildford Technical College!!).

Phillip Munn has started a campaign on the site to build a footbridge across the railway line at Farnborough North station as the foot crossing is potentially dangerous with hundreds of students crossing it every day to get to Farnborough Sixth Form College.  Phillip says "Many students are effectively 'pressured' into running across the line because trains are so infrequent that many would have to wait an hour for the next train each day after college!"
